AFTER THIS CASE, NEVER AGAIN WILL THE NIGERIAN POLICE BE ALLOWED TO FRAME FALSE CHARGES AGAINST INNOCENT NIGERIANS

After this case never again will Nigerians allow police to frame false charges against a person as punishment. The corrupt Abuja police command was so desperate to silence Emeka Ugwuonye Esq that they chose to commit a crime to achieve that purpose.

In the words of Barr. Emeka Ugwuonye:

“The case of ChaCha shows how extremely hard it is to fight domestic violence and how nonchalant the police usually show when it is domestic violence against a woman or between the rich and the poor. In this case, a woman was killed and there are strong circumstances that placed suspicion on her husband. DPA expressed that suspicion”

“Her husband (David Aiyedegbon) turned around and bought over the police(corrupt ones among them) and sent them to punish the founder. That is betrayal of justice we face in Nigeria today. The IG of police under his command continued to allow such to happen but prefer to launch campaign on media, deceiving the public that they are here to serve the people”

“The main rogue among the officers is Mr James Idachaba, the O.C legal. His office extorts from the detainees in police custody in order for their cases to be taken to court or the detainee will languish in police detention. He is very corrupt police officer” . Barr. Emeka Ugwuonye revealed.

“Where are the journalist?” . Ugwuonye asked.

“But DPA will not give up, the fight for domestic violence will continue” . He insisted.
