PROVISION OF LEGAL AID AND LITIGATION SUPPORT

Efficient, effective and easy access to the courts or tribunals is DPA main objective. The goal here is to ensure that members of DPA faced with the difficult challenges of litigating a dispute in a court of law can be easily represented.

Our legal aid takes various forms, either full or partial pro bono representation, counselling, mediation, etc., assistance dispute resolution, contract negotiations, etc.
