Assistance with alternative costing
DPA International Foundation aims to assist members with their legal challenges by contributing a part of the cost of standard legal services.
In some cases, DPA will contribute 100% of the legal cost and in some other cases, DPA will contribute only 50% or 25% as the case may be. DPA determines the various co-pay options for members depending on their registration status and their specific need for services.
Through its program of legal cost reduction plan, DPA seems to increase members’ access to justice by reducing their share of costs of legal services obtainable in their jurisdictions. Registered members of DPA stand to enjoy the following:
(1) FREE: Cases involving release from arrests from detention. (DPA will challenge the arrest and try to get you out of detention).
(2) FREE: Soft interventions in cases of harassment or intimidation by anybody. (DPA will take every step short of a lawsuit in stopping such acts of intimidation or harassment).
